#PSC_Notification 006/ Black Sea MoU launches a new inspection regime from 1st of January 2016

At the 16th meeting of the Port State Control Committee in Batumi, Georgia, April 2015, the Black Sea Region (BS MoU) decided to introduce a new regime for selecting ships to be inspected.  The new inspection regime starts on January 1, 2016 and aims to harmonize further its risk based targeting and inspection system with the leading memoranda (such as Paris MoU and Tokyo MoU).
