Dromon Bureau of Shipping Secures EU Funding for Digital Transformation
We are excited to announce that Dromon Bureau of Shipping (DBS) has been awarded funding under the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry, supported by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU initiative. This funding will enable us to develop MyDromon2, a next-generation digital platform that will revolutionize our internal processes and customer experience.
As part of our digital upgrade, we are fully digitalizing our Sales process, from the initial quotation request to the electronic approval of service agreements, issuance of digital certificates, and automated customer invoicing. Our enhanced Customer Portal will provide clients with real-time service tracking, digital certificate downloads, automated reminders for due services or expiring certificates, and direct interaction with our service teams.
Additionally, we are implementing an advanced Search and Quality Module to streamline document preparation, ensure quality control, and enhance team collaboration, bringing greater efficiency and consistency to our services.
