The Panama Maritime Authority has issued a revised Merchant Marine Circular MMC-183, which gives the requirements for the issuance of the Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR), and the information that the CSR must contain.

Points to Note

From December 01, 2025, the Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR) issued by Panama has a new format. The online application for the CSR is available at: https://ecertificatespanama.amp.gob.pa. You must register to access, as well as to download the User Manual.
