Notice to: Ship Owners / Managers / Operators

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued a revised Merchant Marine Circular MMC-269, which advises that the Segumar International Offices are able to issue the Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance Part I (DMLC-Part I) in electronic format and free of charge.

MMC-248, MMC254 and MMC-280 are revoked by MMC-269.

Points to Note:

The Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance Part I can be obtained through the new platform SEGUMAR 2.0, where a User Manual can also be downloaded.

Act now

Ship Owners/Managers/Operators are to take note of the contents of MMC-269 and be guided accordingly.
