Notice to: Ship Owners / Managers/ Operators / ISPS Auditors

This circular is issued to advise that the Government of the State of Libya has raised the security level of Tobruk Commercial Port to Level 2.

Act now

All Ship Owners / Managers / Operators / should ensure that their ships are advised accordingly, and implement all necessary level 2 procedures.

Surveyors /ISPS Auditors, when attending onboard, should pay particular attention to check that ships, having called at Tobruk, have implemented all relevant measures in accordance with their Ship Security Plans.
