MEPC.369(80) Amendments to the BWM Convention

This Circular is issued to advise that the IMO Marine Environment Protection Committee, at its eightieth session, adopted under Resolution MEPC.369(80), amendments to Appendix II of the Ballast Water Management Convention.

These amendments relate to the form of the Ballast Water Record Book and are included as an Annex to the Resolution. They shall enter into force on 01 February 2025.

Act now

Ship Owners / Managers / Operators / Surveyors / Auditors should note the amendments and ensure that the Ballast Water Record Book conforms to the new form in a timely manner.
