Compliance with the FIRE SAFETY and ISM

Panama Maritime Authority has enacted a Memorandum, No 103-02-0073- DGMM-NSM,compliance with the FIRE SAFETY and ISM.

Details 

With the purpose to determine the level of compliance with the FIRE SAFETY and ISM, in order to prepare the ships for the Port State Control Concentrate Inspection Campaign, which will be held from September 1st until November 30th of 2023; and additionally, to improve the planning maintenance to ensure the safe operation of ships, PMA has developed the 2023 ASI CIC check list.

Please find attached for your reference, the check list to be used from March 01st until August 31st, and that will be available at the ASI inspection platform from such dates.

The use of this check list is mandatory.
